Awesome customer service. I was in Portland only for the day and my new camera inexplicably stopped working; the battery should have been fully charged. The batteries for sale were about $40, but a guy asked what I needed, checked out the camera and gave me (swapped me for) a fully charged battery for FREE and I was on my way.

If he had merely sold me a battery, I wouldn't have been sure that was the problem, and batteries rarely come out of the box with much of a charge. As it was, I was able to snap all of the photos I wanted for the rest of the trip.

Horrible Prints. I asked for next day service to develop a roll of 35mm film. I returned the next day well past the guarunteed pickup time and the film was still just sitting behind the counter undeveloped. The friendly man behind the desk said he would have it done within the half hour. When I returned, I found my prints to be washed out and sloppily done. As a result of their mistake, they rushed to develop the prints. The result was horrendous. I planned on using them for a Christmas present, but those plans were quickly diminshed. They also scratched the heck out of my negatives. Memories are forever lost.
