After having spent years in trial and error when it came to beauty products, I was so thankful when I was introduced to Kiehls by a friend. Now it's all I buy. I appreciate the fact that products are not tested on animals and that many of the ingredients are natural. The staff at the store on 23rd is always friendly and helpful, but never pushy about selling the products. The assistant managers, Candace and Brook, are incredibly knowlegeable. I LOVE the fact that they give you free samples to try the product before you buy. I will never stop buying from Kiehls!
