Bianca at The Parlor is Superb!!!. Bianca is a truly great hair stylist! I have been a regular client of Bianca's for over five years and have never been disappointed by a cut or color. She is always professional, welcoming, and has great suggestions for when I'm ready for a change. I have referred her to friends who have also happily become regulars. The environment is cute and cozy, and perfect for someone who prefers the amenities of a private beauty parlor. The Parlor is also in a great close-in SE Portland location.
