Great Auto Shop. This family runs a very respectable business. I just took one of my vehicles there for routine service and, felt confident in doing so and am extremely happy with the outcome. The people there care and want to do a good job, not just sell a service. Thanks for everything! View Less … View More
Honest, Fair and Reliable. Kurt and Janet never try and upsell, and have even given me advice on where I could get things (like a replacement headlight) for less. Kurt is so thorough, I know what kind of things I will be needing months in advance. I take all of my cars for regular maintenance and would recommened anyone that is looking for a lifelong relationship with their mechanic to check out the Beaupres. You won't find a more honest, fair or reliable mechanic in this lifetime. View Less … View More
Finally!!! A Mechanic I Can Trust.
I had a nightmare situation trying to replace my clutch, which I would think would be an easy repair. I took it in to a Ford dealership and
payed an extreme amount to get a new clutch. A week later the clutch went out and I was stuck on the highway. I had my car towed back to the dealership (which I had to pay for). My car then stayed in there shop for 10 days and I was charged again for the repair. A week later my clutch went out AGAIN. Obviously I didn't go back to the dealership.
I saw that Beaupre Autoworks had great reviews and it was conveniently a couple blocks from my house. I figured if I could just get into 1st gear I could make it to the shop and if I had to I would push it the rest of the way. I wasn't too surprised when it broke down again. I walked to the shop because I knew they were about to close and told them I will have my brothers push it the next morning. They were so kind to help me push it back to the shop, and my car was fixed the next day. This was about a month and a half ago and my car is still running great!! Beaupre Autoworks has found a customer for life in me!!!

Best auto service in Portland..
Beaupre Auto is like having a family member service your vehicle!
They stick to appoinment times, complete your service promply and efficiently!
They are very thorough and do not try to sell you services that are not necessary.
I have had my cars serviced by dealers and other independent garages. I found that the service advisors often tried to push extra services to increase the sale $$'s and then took a long time to finish the services.
Sometimes it was necessary to go back because the work was not done correctly!!
You should go to BEAUPRE Autoworks because no one can match their service!!!!
Most sincerely, Robert Summers-a Tri-Met Driver

A recommended place for auto service!.
I have always hated taking my vehicle to mechanics! They always have a way of making me feel like I need to make sure they don't try to
charge me for things I don't even need. Luckily, this didn't happen at Beaupre Autoworks. The shop is a "mom and pop" type place where Kurt and Janet (I think those are their names) run the entire business-- Janet in the office and Kurt in the shop. I talked to both of them and they were both very friendly and kind. Janet's policy is that she will ALWAYS call before they need to do extra work to make sure you approve it. Plus, when I called and described the problem, Kurt told me what probably needed to be done and Janet gave me an estimate. Amazingly, the final actual cost was slightly lower than the estimate! Needless to say, I was impressed! As well, they only did the work that they thought was necessary-- they didn't try to push me to replace this or to do that.
In short, I was impressed! If you're tired of wondering whether or not you can trust your mechanic, then go to Beaupre Autoworks. Here are the major pros:
1) No surprises once you see your bill-- they'll call you and get your approval BEFORE they do any extra work as well as tell you how much extra it may cost
2) They only do the work that's necessary-- they won't try to push you to get more done than you need to (unless it's unsafe, of course)
3) Their estimates are very close to the actual cost.
4) Labor charges appear to be about $75/hour, which is pretty comparable to most mechanic shops.
Again, if you need auto service, I would highly recommend Beaupre!
