I have to completely disagree with "jhogan7799" (and why would you "recommend" after such a terrible experience?). Regardless...I work a block away from Primo's and I make my way down there a couple times a month. EVERY single time I've been in there I find the staff to be super nice, especially the manager (? maybe the owner, mid-40's, blonde, mom-type). My order is almost always a Turkey and Swiss on Wheat with everything but onions, and I have never been disappointed with the results! My wife often gets the Turkey Dip (like a French Dip, but with turkey) and she LOVES them. Cost is a little on the spendy side, but I can usually split a large into two meals. A hungrier eater might be a bit put off by the cost. I want to say a large sandwich plus chips and drink will run you in the $8.50+ range. Then again, you're paying for a nice sized FRESH sandwich, so, you make the call. One thing to watch out for though...Primo's seems to draw a nice lunch rush from a nearby high school, so the line can run a bit long during their breaks. That said, I've gone down many times at both noon and 1:00pm, and I've never had to wait more than a couple orders. Agree with another commenter that the aesthetics of the deli aren't the greatest, but they do do a nice job of posting local articles of student athletes and such to create a nice "community" environment. If you go regularly, definitely get a freebie card. 10 large sandwiches = a free large. 10 half sandwiches = a free half. And I think after 4:00pm they run a daily special where you can get 2 large sandwiches for $9.99, which is a nice deal. I haven't confirmed that in a while though. They do offer more than just sandwiches too. I had really good chicken noodle soup once, and also had a great berry smoothie once too. Mostly I just stick with the Turkey sandwich! Glad to have you nearby my work, Primo's!

My counter service has always been congenial here. I don't find the atmosphere terribly inviting, but I always order "to go" anyhow. I work less than a block from Primo's, so it's very convenient for me. They don't have drip coffee, but are always happy to make me an Americano with a shot of cream instead. Excellent vegetarian subs and soy mochas, too!

Pros: soy milk available upon request, veggie sub option
