Very Happy!. I just wanted to write a quick note to let everyone know that you should all give this little salon a try! A few of my friends told me about it, and I was a little hesitant at first, but thought about it awhile and eventualy gave it a try. Wonderful! The salon was small and inviting. It's not the type of place thats all uptight and stuffy very comfortable, and the people very friendly. I just went for a haircut, no color or anything. The worst customer service. I went in for a cut and color,not only was my hair uneven but the color was wrong. I went in to have my hair highlighted blonde. The hair dresser told me I should add brown back into it to add contrast so I agreed because he was a color specialist. I then told him I would do that as long as my hair was more blonde than brown . After the color was done he did not have time to blowdry it the lighting in there is so dim it was hard to see the color. I told him it looked very dark and in return he told me when it is dry and in light it would look different. I went home washed a dried my hair. I was so unhappy it was almost all brown with very very little blonde. I called him immediatly to tell him that it was way to dark, after all I came to have it lightened not darkened. When I told him that I was not happy and that I wanted more blonde put back into it he told me " no, you got what you had asked for." I said, if I got what I asked for than why am I calling you to tell you I'm not happy and I would like it fixed, please add more blonde to it . . He was very rude to me on the phone, he told me he would not take up any more of his time with me and that I got what I wanted and what I payed for . We argued back and forth until I finally said if you won't fix it Iwould like my money back so I can go somewhere else and have it done the way I asked for he then laughed and replied you are not getting you money back and then hung up on me. I called the salon owner to tell her what happened and she said she could not make him return my money nor would she return my money or make it right and that I should take my buisness else where. I could not believe that they care so little about their clients to treat them that way. That is deffently the worst customer service I have ever received. Polished a beautiful business. When I read the review in the oregonian on this salon I thought that I should check it out. The article was accurate in every way. A small little parlor off the beaten path that has a way about itself. Very soothing to the eye when you walk in there is plenty to look at. There is an espresso bar that serves coffee and cold drinks. There are a few pieces of custom jewlery and some clothing as well. The stylist was great and the massage a bargain.
