I have been going to Happy Nails for
almost 9 months. I go in every 3-4 weeks for shellac nails and periodically for a pedicure. All of the three manicurists are friendly and great at what they do.
Over the last few visits I have noticed that the owner (Lynn) has really increased her customer service (not that she needed to but still I have noticed and appreciate it). I went in today and had a wonderful manicure. I was offered a drink and Lynn came right over to start my nails with fingernail polish remover even though I was a walk in and all three were doing pedicures.
Lynn recently did some remodeling and the store looks even nicer than it was before.
I highly recommend Happy Nails. It appears there is a new owner who keeps customer service and pricing just as it should be.
Went for a fill on my artifical nails. The lady who did my nails spent half the time she worked on my nails, talking on the phone! And when she was done, my nails looked so terrible that I painted them right when I went home. Don't bother getting your nails done here.

New Owners Since May 2010. This nail salon is under new ownership since May 2010. It has the same phone number, but they changed the business name to "Ann's Nail & Skin Care." You cannot get a better manicure or pedicure anywhere. This husband and wife team both know the business inside and out. Ann is an expert in skin care and cosmetic tattooing. One of my eyebrows was shorter than the other, and Ann did a perfect job at extending and shaping it. I love Ben's manicures. The third person on the team, Dana, gave me the greatest foot massage with my pedicure yesterday. If you went to the old shop and were disappointed, please give these new owners a try. They're the best!
Best Nails but beware ...... I stopped having my nails done because frankly I cant find a better salon for nails however ..... I stopped going to Len's because several times I caught them inflating prices after performing the work. When I asked about it - I was told it was "new" pricing but as I pointed out was not reflected on their price board. I started paying for my visit upfront making sure to be very clear about what I was asking them to do. After going to them for over three years and recommending many people to them I decided the poor customer service was no longer worth the time or money I was spending there. I LOVE Nicole there and most of the staff is great and friendly. I would have to reschedule appointments based on being called into work unexpectantly - always calling or leaving messages the 4 times in 3 1/2 years I went there - not cronically or without notice and Len the owner barred me from scheduling appointments. I never just failed to show nor did I call at the scheduled time to reschedule - I always gave at least a 45-minutes notice, if not several hours or the day before, if something happened. Which for nearly 4-years - that's about one reschedule a year!!!!!! If customers are that disposable to this business owner I dont care how good they are. I wont support their business by going there.
