I am a former student of European Institute of Cosmetology. I truly believe the education is the best in Portland. The expectations of the students are very high. The prices are very affordable for services. All of the products are great, and the students are friendly. If you are searching to find a new place to go, this school offers almost anything you can think of. Check it out!

PROS: Nice waiting area and receptionist was friendly. Full body package (body polish, body mask, body wrap) is a great deal. 3 treatments for $35. Products used were good and not heavily scented. Marisa who gave the treatment was nice and friendly. Three and 1/2 stars for the student. CONS: I was asked to change in the restroom that offers no hooks or table for my bag or clothing. The facial vault is where the treatments took place. The vault is a room crammed with spa equipment, four tables, the attendants, the customers, and the air conditioning duct. Privacy is very minimal. There were two of us having treatments done at the same time and the two students working on us had to cautiously move around each other because there is no room to move! There was a lot of the noise from the floor coming into the facial vault...laughter and talking, students swearing from the room next door (which my attendant apologized for this behavior). The vault is not not conducive to relaxation due to its cramped condition. One star for the facial vault.
Pros: Friendly receptionist and attendant. Cost of fully body package is a great deal.
Cons: Facial vault is too small. Noise from the floor can be loud and annoying. Bathroom is used as a changing room but offers no hooks or table for personal items.
