In Short – This funky space, decorated with gilded walls, chandeliers and a mixture of seating, draws diners early and barhoppers later in the evening. Creative cocktails like the namesake Imbibe--a thyme-infused vodka and strawberry martini--and the pint-glass sized "APG" bloody mary with a pickled green bean keep the late-night partygoers grooving to DJs and live music on weekends. Nibbles like the crispy calamari, Yukon gold fries and standard hot wings satisfy.
Try the Old Fashioned

you want to have a stiff drink and relax a little. no gimmicks used to try to get you in, no super loud annoying underground indie crap that people only listen to because they think its cool to listen to music playing, no riff raff. good place to hang. thanks for an awesome burger and ceasar salad. mixed in a few old fashioneds and capped the night off with the butt kickin chicken wings.
- Pros: Great drinks, good food too!!
- Cons: cant think of one
Oh Imbibe how we thank you!

My friends and I love hawthorne; we also love a chill venue where we can enjoy some yummy food and a stiff drink. After spending a few hours at Imbibe on sunday night we all concluded that it is exactly what we were looking for. The service was professional (not to mention the total hunks working there..meow) drinks were hand-made with precision and care, and the food was diverse and flavorful. The ambiance was low lit, comfy, and fun! Plus great music that made us feel that we had slipped into our own time. I highly recommend Imbibe, the only thing left to loose would be yourself.
- Pros: happy hour, great drinks!
- Cons: on-street parking
What happened?

I used to like coming to Imbibe for fun music and the food was decent. Went last week for happy hour, and left feeling really disappointed. Sweet potato fries were undercooked, and didn't even taste like sweet potatoes. Also ordered the Hummus plate, the carrots and cucumbers looked at least a day old. Unfortunately, I don't think I will be going back for awhile. Hope the next time is better.
- Pros: Drinks, unique interior
- Cons: food
