Terrible managment. We stayed here new years eve. When we called one week before to book our room they told us they were having a bbq that night and that they had shuttle service. When we got there they had no evnt planned that evening or even a lounge. They also had NO shuttle service that eveing and the hotel was pretty isolated. They front desk staff were very rude and would'nt call a cab for us 15 mins in advance. The parking is terrible (for an extra $21) and if you have a big vehicle you better have back up sensors or you hitting something guaranteed! Also, be preparred to wait in line for the elevator! there are two for the whole hotel. The room was nice, but we booked for the ammenities that were non existant.

Amazing Customer Service. The hotel was fantastic in all regards. The Management and staff always smiled and greeted customers as they saw them. I also noticed they had received a plaque from Marriott congratulating them on excellent customer service. I was told this was for their first half of the year results. The hotel is 1 year old but still looks brand new. Beautiful granite in the rooms. I would highly recommend this hotel.

After experiencing what I did, I am confident that this hotel will always take care of every guest and any issues that could come up.

Nice hotel but the management is HORRIBLE!. I recently stayed at the new Residence Inn North Harbour. The rooms are very nice but then again it is all new so that is what you expect. The breakfast is included in the rate. You would think that is a good thing but I would rather pay $5.99 and go to Denny's. The eggs were cold and hard and the sausage was greasy. The front desk staff is friendly but the management is not. You would think they would want to know what they could improve upon but that is not the case. The manager was so rude and he had a "I'm better than you and could care less attitude". Get over yourself and take a class on hospitality. I wont stay there again.
