Slooooow experience

Went in on a Monday when the entire place was deserted. To get my current car appraised took them TWO HOURS. They took about 20 minutes getting paperwork, then "ran it through wholesalers", then "got the used car manager involved", then were waiting on the "manager who has the estimate".

There was literally nobody in the dealership, I could see the manager out chatting with the shop guys for 5 minutes - then finally coming in so he could tell my sales rep what their offer would be. All that hassle, and they were $1000 less on trade-in than the lowest place I looked at, what a waste of time.

Will never return - every other dealership was able to go through this process in about 10-20 minutes max (on the weekend, not to mention on an empty Monday!!). My advice if you do go... tell them you're leaving after 15 minutes, that might make them hussle.

And what's with all the fake positive reviews? Can it be any more obvious that their employees are filling these out?

Go see Scotty for the best experience ever!

Scotty was by far the easiest and best car buying experience I have ever had. Go see him if you would like to work with someone who truly has your best interests in mind. He is honest, sincere, reverent, respectful, trustworthy, cheerful, courteous, helpful, clean, industrious, and loyal!! Go see Scotty at Dick Hannah Subaru!
