Very effective, she was engaging, professional and fun. She guided me in getting to the root of the problem, not just the top of the problem. I have been abel to redefine myself and I am so much more in control. I owe it all to Robin. I was working with her as she moved her office and she did not miss a beat. You will not regret working with her. She is kind and gentle yet she pushes you to succeed. She told me I would make only as much progress as I was intending and she is so right. I now have the tools and know how to use them.
Pros: Fun, affordable, easy to to talk to. Very understanding and effectlve
Cons: Old office the parking, the new office is wonderful

I was very unhappy with the services rendered here. She didn't listen to me about what I was there to work on, instead she would go on tangents unrelated to what I had told her I wanted to work on in the first place. I asked for a refund and she didn't follow the refund policy I had signed, so I ended up losing $1202.09 to her "new" policy. Instead of fighting her over it I wrote it off as a bad experience. But I am reviewing her so others don't have the same bad experience. Also the other review on here is writen by the the owner of Academy of NLP & Hypnosis.
Pros: none
Cons: parking tickets due to short parking meter times.
