I recommend Cannons for Catering-. I was handed the coordination of a luncheon with only 3 days and luckily found Cannon & the reviews on this site. I called & was delighted to speak to the owner, Wayne. He took over & to my relief made my job so easy it was totally flawless. I've handled many other caterings before and it's usually a madhouse of planning & confirming & then the let downs & lates etc. Wayne confidently planned my menu, gave me a price & a time and stuck to all of it precisely. That's what you want when you hire a catered affair right? The food was hot & good too! It went so well I'd hire them to cater again. Thank you Wayne!
