Very, Very, VERY impressed. Okay, so I love resale stores. I love digging to get the prize buried among the rubbish and getting an amazing deal. But there ISN'T any rubbish here. I found piles of gems, and the prices were amazingly low given the quality. I'm not quite sure how they do it in there, but I love it and I'm going back. Often.

Excellent service, selection, and ambiance!. Great owner, Laurel, very friendly and authentic. She stocks really stylish clothes, shoes, toys, and baby gear. Unique artwork from local artists! I love the mixture of well-selected new & used ~ accomodates my budget, yet also offers a wide selection of high-quality baby shower & birthday gifts. I'll be a repeat customer, for certain.

Great selection of slings, baby carriers and lots of wooden toys!. Great place, lots of great products. Loved the funny greeting cards. The saleswoman Feather was really helpful in selecting which toys to buy for various ages for CHristmas presents. Will definitely go back again.

Finally a place carrying Ella Roo!. I finally got to TRY ON the infamous Mei Tai! Bella Stella has THE best selection of slings and carriers I have seen in Portland- and the salesgirl really knew her stuff and was able to teach me a few new tricks. I didn't really get a chance to peruse the resale, but I did get the cutest freaking shoes for my little boy. Hooray!

New owner=much better. To those who've been turned off by Bella Stella's formerly unfriendly atmosphere, give it another try. The new owner is absolutely lovely and I think you will be pleasantly surprised. If you haven't tried Bella Stella yet stop in and check it out. New owner Laurel is helpful and friendly. A nice selection of new products mixed in with resale.

what a fun kids store!. I love this store! The new owner has really brought it back to life. I stopped by last week and was happily suprised with what a comfortable and beautiful place it has become. My kid played in the kid area, which is set up in a really smart and safe manner, while i just checked it out and talked to the owner. As a young mother it seems like sometimes it's hard to be taken seriously by store owners, but i felt like the vibe in Bella Stella was welcoming and warm. I will deffinately stop by regularly to check out the new merchandise and say hi.

cute hip kids stuff. bella stella is right down the street from my house, and i stopped in because i noticed the new paint job. they have changed ownership and the store looks really bright and cheerful now. she's also got a lot more new products now - local, handmade, and specialty stuff. i'm so excited to have a fun place to shop in my neighborhood!

Has a great front but very disappointed in the rest. I loved the name and I loved the front to this store, but the service there was horrible. The woman sat there and talked with her friend the whole time rather than doing anything with me. I thought it was for a moment just because I am a younger mother but after reading the reviews I see its with everyone. I worked two stores down and went in there about once a month and just had horrible service every time. Now that I am preggo with number two I wont be making any special trips down to the store! Which is disappointing for the store I am sure, due to the fact that I am in that area prob twice a month and I go to the same resturants that I love everytime and I would go there if they provided decent service!

It was a good day.. I was so happy when I found this shop. The clothes are cute and the prices are good. My kids had a great time playing while I chatted with the sales person. She was both helpful and knowledgeable. I will definately make this one of my regular stores.

Good finds. I always find the greatest clothes there. I have also found cool furniture there for my kids room.
