Horrible, the owner is just plain horrible and rude. I think her name is Tracy and she has to be the rudest person I have came into contact with hands down. I visualized myself chicken chop round housing her but that wouldnt be the right thing to do. So, I left never going back....THATS ALL!

Fun spa day in the couv!. Took my mom to this spa for a belated mother's day treat. We each had facials and it was great. The spa is broken into 2 sides: hair and then the relaxation side. From the strip mall, this does not look like a terribly relaxing place but it is awesome inside. They started us with fluffy robes and tea then we went into private rooms for a great facial. The place is very clean and the staff was pretty frendly. Only downside: no hair or nail services on sundays. I've booked a retreat for later this month! So far recommend!

Try 22 Changes instead!. I saw that they had a Groupon ad and was curious on what their reviews were. I took my mom here for a present a few years ago. It was AWFUL. The massage was great, but the facial burnt my mom's face (granted could have been an allergic reaction) and our nails were completely crooked when filed from our manicure. Regardless of all this I STILL wanted to give another chance and booked three appointments for myself, my mom and my sister. ON THE WAY TO THE SALON they called me to tell me that one of their girls was either sick or didn't show up and they wouldn't be able to treat one of us. So unprofessional. Since then I have tried 22 Changes and even though it's not too pretty on the outside the inside is awesome and the staff were so nice and did a great job. Too bad for Athena :(

AMAZING OVER-THE-TOP SERVICE!. My husband and I went in Athena for our anniversary and boy were we impressed with how nice the staff was and how much they treat you like royalty. The atmosphere was superb and upscale. Kelly's massage left me feeling amazing and completely out of it, just how I like to feel after my massages. Thank you Athena for your wonderful service to your community.

A WONDERFUL PLACE TO BE PAMPERED AND RELAX. I received a gift certificate about a year ago for a facial and relaxing massage. Both the facialist and massage therapist were wonderful. My experience was relaxing. Everyone was exceptionally friendly from the 1st person I met when I walked into the door. I have since been getting regular massages and have enjoyed every one. I feel very welcomed and pampered there. I highly recommend Athena Day Spa!

I LOVE ATHENA DAY SPA!. I love the people that work there. All are very caring and helpful. My massage and facial was amazing and the packages they have are priced just right. Go to athena and check them out!

RUDE STAFF Bad Service. Called to sched an appointment, was spoken to extremely rude. My girl left the spa apparently, with good cause most likely, I asked how to get a hold of her, and they gave me snippy attitudes and wouldnt give me her number. Then tried to get me to go to someone new.

Rude Rude Rude, not going to keep people with their unprofessionalism.

I had to dig around and call other friends that go to her and find out where she went. I went to athena for other serivices previously and will NOT be going back. This was after i called multiple times and got the answering machine.

A Facial that Works. The only reason I can't give them 4 stars is because the front desk isn't quite where it needs to be in terms of consistency and quality. Otherwise, I love Athena ~ and especially Carol. About a year ago, I started having acne breakouts as if I was in high school (which I didn't even have in high school!). I tried everything: cleansers, o-t-c products, homeopathics, facials at other spas, even a trip to a dermatologist. Nothing helped and my acne got worse. I'm embarrassed by my own wedding pictures the places on my chin were so bad. June 1st, I took a spa day and had a facial with Carol. I've been back for another facial since then and my face is almost entirely clear again. Between her ministrations and the products she set me up with, I'm once again getting compliments on my skin and am no longer embarrassed when someone wants to take a picture!
