New to Portland? Don't order the paper!

If I could give a negative star rating on the billing practices at the Oregonian I would. They send someone to your door and sign you up for this great special and then charge you more than the agreed amount. They sign you up for even pay and then lose your personal account information. Then find it, then lose it again. You will call them 3, 4, 5 times and they will still charge you a different amount than the one they send people out to peddle at the door.

Be Careful...save yourself some grief and find another source for your early AM news.
