Whether you are beginning or a seasoned dancer, this studio provides a friendly, warm atmosphere to dance and meet others. The prices beat any gym membership, and the instructors are outstanding!!! Everytime I leave the studio I feel happy, healthy, and hot.

Pros: Atmosphere, Price, People

If you're not sure that you want to sign up, you are allowed to go observe a class for free...so that is HIGHLY recommended to make sure that it's for you! The studio is cool and chic, with a cool street feel especially when you're going there to learn hip-hop and street jazz etc. Nice environment and nice feel. The music can be a bit loud sometimes. Very affordable. But in order to sign up with Vega, you need have already had some kind of basic introduction to dance even though it might seem otherwise. It's hard to go there and try to learn dance if you've never danced before. When you sign up, it may seem misleading because they have a beginner level and insinuate that you will not need any experience, but going to the classes indicates that indeed you DO need some experience of the basics. Also, you end up learning one full choreography per class, so it goes pretty fast for those who might need a bit more time to let it sink in. It is a wonderful and affordable workout for those who have a good dance background and want to go dance for fun and keep in touch and in shape. Most of the attendees are people who are well versed in dance. Although if you're not so great at dance you should consider taking the workout classes, those'll getcha sweatin' Highly recommended for people with a dance background in hiphop etc. who love to dance.
