chai yo has good food

this place is right down the street from me. dishes always have plentiful portions. spiciness is catered to the individual's tastes. havent been disappointed by any of the dishes. service is prompt. go early to get good seating.

i dont think they are crazy like the person before me says. why would someone order food by fax? thats dumb and antiquated.

this place is pretty good.. Their pad thai is okay. The people is really nice. I really like their thai iced tea

Strange customer service

We LOOOOVE the food at Chai Yo, but refuse to go there anymore because they are crazy. Like, we witnessed them trapping an unsuspecting parker in their back lot and refusing to let her out for twenty minutes because they thought she shouldn't have parked there to begin with. They threatened to have her towed and the poor lady was so frustrated she said, 'Yes! Tow me! I want out!' Also, we ordered food there once via fax during normal business hours and when we went to pick it up, they had closed. We thought it was strange they didn't call us and let us know they weren't open that day.
