Clever Choice was one of the fastest, most courteous carpet cleaning companies I have ever worked with. Iâ??m used to the guys coming out of the van, getting the equipment ready, maybe saying hello, and then slapping you with the bill. These guys came out and were very friendly, did a full inspection on the place before they started to see if anything needed to be treated, and made sure everything looked spotless before leaving. I would strongly recommend Clever Choice as they not only did a great job, but the guys were professional and neat. Iâ??ll definitely use them again.

All the reviews are right!. I have used 3 other carpet cleaning services and none have been as good as Clever Choice. We have a big dog, who thinks she is still a puppy. All of the spots caused by her are gone. We also got the enzyme treatment and it was wonderful. Most other companies "push" us to buy the stain treatment, but Frank didn't recommend it and it was wonderful of him to be honest instead of just having us pay more money. Frank is the owner and it is great to have someone attend to a service who is invested in what they are doing. He really does care about the carpet AND his customers. And so do the other people working with him. I was so concerned he would not show up at all as this has happened to me in the past, but he was very patient and kind with all my worries and frantic-ness. This is one of those rare finds that I am adding to my list right away. There is no doubt I will be calling Clever Choice next year at this time and also recommending them to all our neighbors and friends.

No more pet odor. Clever Choice cleaned my carpets this morning and now my house smells great. We love our 8 year old dog, but we don't want our house to smell like her. I called Clever Choice because their ad said they are Pet Odor Specialists. Man, did they ever deliver. Frank applied an enzyme treatment to the two areas our dog uses most. I think next time I'll have Frank apply the treatment to all the carpet areas. I'm extremely satisfied with this company. I feel like I made a "clever choice" when I asked them to clean my carpets. You should make that choice, too.

Great job!. Frank and his team did a great job as always! I have used Clever Choice 3 times now and will only use them! I can't believe the difference each time. They do an amazing job and I will recommend them to my friends over and over again!

great service. Have dealt with this company for three visits. The owner, Frank, was on time, or the one time he could not be, he called to keep me updated and offered to reschedule.

Very responsive, and helpful. Clearly knows his stuff.

They did an excellent job.

I recomend them highly, and without any reservation.

Could not be happier!. We hired Frank and his team to clean the carpets in our home recently. I was so impressed that they use environmentally safe products . I've used many different carpet cleaning services before, but Clever Choice stands out from the rest. My carpets look brand new. I have already reccommended Clever Choice to my friends. When you find a good resource like this, it's worth spreading the word.

Clever Choice every time!. Frank and his staff where very friendly from start to finish. My place looked fantastic after Clever Choice finished. I would have to say that after using Stanly Steamer for years I will not be returning to them. Supporting small local buisness is the way to go. Frank seem to have alot experinece and knew what to do right from the start and there was no pressure to purchase more than I needed.

Outstanding!!. There is an old saying in business that you have the factors of price, quality, and service with which to determine a good company. The old saying goes that you must choose two, because you can't have all three.

Well, I am happy to say that I was pleasantly surprised to find a company that did indeed offer all three. Very rare in today's world. Great price. Excellent quality and exceptional service. Highly recommended!

A true Clever Choice!!. I contacted this company based on their great reviews,including the really bad one.I take reviews with a grain of salt because most of them sound like their mother wrote them.How refreshing to know that not everyone can be pleased.I have used several companies in the past including the big ones but Clever Choice surpassed them all in quality,price and customer satisfaction.I will without hesitation recommend Clever Choice. Happy in Tigard!

disappointing.. a little unprofessional. I called these guys after reading the rave reviews. I was a little disappointed by the service rendered.

1. They picked up my carpets and never gave us a receipt. We wondered how they could keep track of who the rug belonged to and what our return date was.

2. They promised delivery on tuesday after picking up on Saturday but we received no phone calls. On tuesday night I called them wondering what happened. They returned the call on Wednesday apologetic and promised delivery by Thursday( which wasn't going to work out) for us.

3. Friday morning they showed up unannounced and walked into my house with shoes on (which I hate!) Frank tried to charge me more ($2.00 per sq. ft.) instead of what he quoted me on the phone. But he did agree to charge the previously agreed upon rate.

4. My carpets are mostly clean but there is one area that along one edge that looks like it didn't get washed..

I am not overall unhappy but I was hoping for better quality service. I don't know whether I would give them 5 stars..
