Radiance Mgmt is terrible. There are MUCH better places out there!. I think this Salon should stick to the Salon side of the business (Hair & Waxing) & drop the "Spa" (Nails, Massage, Facials) from their title & service list because they are vastly under-equipped to deliver such services & promises of! (Please keep in mind that I have worked in the spa pampering industry for a long time & am more forgiving than most people when it comes to how hectic a spa schedule can get.)

*****The only saving grace Radiance has going for it is a cute atmosphere & Tammy ?she is WONDERFUL. The rest of the staff is either severely under utilized (since anytime I have come in or randomly stopped by to try & make an appointment the most I?ve EVER seen in there is 1 hair client), so they are forgetting what type of business they are in, or the rest of the staff is severely under trained. I have been waxed by Tammy twice & loved everything about the experiences (other than a little pain!) ;) & difficulty getting an appointment. Tammy was such an ease to be around & has a glowing personality. She made the time go very quickly.*****

Is it that you simply have no understanding of how to run a successful spa business?! Customer service comes 1st. You are in the business of pampering people & making them feel special. That?s extremely difficult to do when every time I have called to schedule an appt. (based on wanting to experience more services after being waxed), for nail services ?no one is EVER there to answer your phone & when someone does call me back, there is always a ?booking up? type of situation since you only have 1 nail technician who is apparently on call. I have managed to get 1 appointment for a pedicure by myself & it was stressful >not all services were performed (the lavender sugar scrub was missed & the foot/leg massage was rushed so much that I needed to ask for a towel to wipe off my legs before leaving since the shea cream was not properly rubbed in, not to mention the polish job was terrible &.....

Perfect Eyebrows!!. I had been looking for a great place to get my eyebrows done, and I found it! I have very difficult eyebrows, but they are no match for Tammy! They always look perfect when I leave. She is very personable, friendly, and conversational. I would recommend it to anyone- you deserve it!

What a disappointment!. I got a gift certificate to Radiance for a manicure/pedicure package. Every time I would try to call to schedule an appt, either that same day or within the next few days, they would always be booked up. I figured this meant they were really popular and tried to book farther in advance and could never get the two appts. together...even though that's what the gift package was for. I asked if I could split the two up and came in for my pedicure. There wasn't anyone in there, even though they said they were booked that entire day. I have talked to a couple of different people who have said the same thing, no one is ever in there when they walk in, but can't get appts. booked easily. The girl doing my pedicure was so nervous, like she had never done a pedicure before and I didn't get the foot scrub I was supposed to get with the package and she didn't clean the lotion off my nails before applying polish and an hour and a half later, the polish smeared on my sheets and looked horrible. The nail tech I work with said that will happen if oil is left on the nails. I decided for my 2nd half of my gift certificate I should stay away from nails and try a massage. I had a lot of trouble booking this appt. also. I would call and ask when there next available massage appt. was and was told twice that I could come in that day and once I said I had a gift certificate for 30 min, suddenly, they were booked up for the day. I'm a massage therapist, so I know this just meant the LMT was on call and didn't want to come in for a 30 min. appt.....whatever.

All in all, I was not impressed at all. I know I shouldn't be complaining so much about a gift, but for what my friend spent, the quality was lacking to say the least. I wouldn't recommend this "spa" to anyone. If they could just get some people in there to work....who know what they're doing, they might be able to get some happy clients.

great place. i really love the atmosphere. really comfey, cozy. i would definitely recommend the spa pedicure. the girls are all very friendly and they make you feel very welcome. i will return again and again!

Must try. A great place to get peticures with friends. They have comfy couches that seat 4 people. The staff was very friendly. People are starting to catch on to this place, so book in advance.

Fantastic Spa Day!. I don't usually take the time to write reviews, but I went to radiance for a facial, manicure & pedicure. From the moment I arrived to the moment I left I was treated as if I was a queen. Unbelievable service, and fantastic treatments.

I highly recommend it!

SUPERB!!. I received a gift certificate for my birthday and it was the best gift I've EVER received! The staff were so sweet and friendly. The services were luxurious. I also love the beautiful decor and the atmosphere was so yummie, I could have stayed all day. I highly recommend checking out Radiance. It's a little haven in a strip mall in Beaverton, but once you get inside you'll forget where you're at!
