I accidentally discovered Poshe Salon in a mad search for a new nail tech. I went to Poshe Salon early one morning and met with Kevin. He did my nails perfectly, it was not painful at all when he took my old ones off. They have over 50 colors of powder. I love my nails and will continue going there. Highly recommended.

I chose to visit Poshe salon because of the overwhelmingly positive reviews. My experience was the opposite. The negative experience started out with the teenage receptionist calling me "hun". When I showed up for my appointment, I was told that the stylist was running behind and it would be a 30-minute wait. I was given no apology or explanation; or any accomodation for the inconvenience. When I did meet with the stylist Rachel, I found she was friendly enough and seemed to be experienced, but I felt like she was dictating what style to give me and not really listening to what I was requesting, even though I was very clear and brought pictures. I felt very rushed and she pulled the cape off without asking if I liked what she had done or was satisfied. When I went to the counter to pay, I was ignored for 2-3 minutes as I stood right at the desk, right in front of the girls. Rachel was courteous enough to come over and take my payment, or God knows how long I would have been standing there...very unprofessional; I will not return.
