After suffering for 4 long and painful years from frequent and very painful migraines, I decided to try acupuncture, I sure had not gotten any useful help from western medicine. I admit that I had some doubts and fears as to whether I had made a good decision to try acupuncture. The first time I saw Kay, all those doubts and fears were immediately put to rest. My pain is being relieved more each time that I have a treatment. I also have suffered with anxiety and depression for some time due to my previous pain. Now, that too is being relieved each time that I receive a treatment from the very kind, gentle and very knowledge Kay Fields right away. I feel very fortunate indeed to have found this caring, and very competent lady. She has this wonderful ability to not only listen to her patients but to understand what is needed to really heal all of their aches and pains, worries and fears! Five Very Big Very Gold Stars for her! I very heartly endorse her for anyone who really wants to find the healing for which they search!!

Pros: Thumbs Very Very UP!!!!

Cons: There are none

I want to share one of my best kept secrets with you! My acupuncturist! I went to see Kay following problems with my lower back. I was initally hesitant to use acupuncture as a means of treatment, but Kay has enlightened me to the the use and benefits of this ancient medicine and I have continued to seek treatment for sports realted injuries (specifically knee), lower and upper back tension, sinus pressure, and body stress reduction. Beyond Kay's specialized training and knowledge, her warm and friendly personality make one feel right at home and make "doctor appoints," that I once would try to find ways to put off, a comfortable and healing expereince. Kay takes special time and effort in taking into consideration the holistic cause and effect of your injury and resulting pain. I noticed just after two to three visits a reduction in my lower back discomfort and have had great recovery progress with my current condition with my knee. As far as the idea of needles go, the treatments are not very invasive and actually can be quite relaxing. Along with more traditional approaches to healing, due to meeting Kay I have become a firm beliver in the use of acupuncture and herbal supplements as a means to address my present and future ailments. 5 STARS for Kay Fields, L.Ac & the clinic at 1962 NW Kearney #L103!!!!
