I do their chicken pho everytime and
put a bunch of hot sauce in it. They do what they do well! Service never with a smile, atmosphere is cold and lame. But what good pho place doesn't have these attributes? Love this little joint-everything is fresh and cooked perfectly.

#15.
Man, this place is great. I'm lucky enough to be able to walk here from my work for lunch, and have been doing so, often, to get their #15 (flank steak and beef brisket). I can't recommend it enough. You may hesitate a little based on the outside, but greatness awaits inside.

Great little neighborhood place.
I have eaten here 3 times so far and each time I am more impressed. The first time I had one of the thai dishes and it was just OK. The second time I tried the lemongrass spicy seafood pho. It was really good. The broth had great spice and flavor and the seafood tasted fresh. Last time I had the grilled pork bun (rice noodles) and the salted/peppered squid. The bun was really, really good, but the squid was awesome! The best I have had in town anywhere. They cook it with vegies and jalapenos and it is light, crispy and really flavorful. It is just a really nice little neighborhood place with really good food, reasonable prices and friendly service.

Yummy, fresh, affordable.
Pho Jasmine is an unassuming place to get great pho (I haven't tried any other menu items). I eat meat, but my favorite dish is their vegetarian curry noodle soup. And I always leave with enough for lunch the next day. All pho noodles are cooked to order from fresh rice noodles. And it tastes like it. Delicious.

Deeeeeeelish!.
Simply put, I can never be satisfied by any other pho again. I have been spoiled by Jasmines amazing flavor, now all others are dust in the wind.

Vegetarian it is.
They make three different stocks a day and one is vegetable. If you order Vegetarian Pho, you will get vegetarian broth.

Best pho in Portland!!.
Family owned, this is my favorite pho place in all of Portland... Matter of fact, it's my favorite of any one I've been to in the country... I'd recommend it to anyone, and take all my friends there. :)

NOT Vegetarian.
Some may say it is the best Pho in town but not if you are a vegetarian. ALL of their broths are made from BEEF! So beware veggie lovers, this is not the Pho place for you.

The Tastiest Pho!.
Pho Jasmine is my favorite pho joint in town, mainly because the broth is sooooo rich and flavorful. I prefer their broth to that of Pho Hung, my second favorite pho restaurant. The downside is that their hours are spotty. I've been there at least 3 times when they were supposed to be open (according to the sign on their front door), yet inexplicably, they weren't. VERY frustrating when you're hungover or just plain starving and jonesing for pho. They're also closed from 3:30 to 4:30, as well as on Sundays, which is a real bummer. If you manage to visit when they're actually open and aren't scared off by neighborhood thugs, you will not be disappointed! Their pho rocks.
