Horrible Service!!!. Started out ok with the 1st waiter. Took our order and told him I do not eat pork to make sure there was no pork in spring rolls and he said ok. He brought that out it was fine. Ordered mongolian beef which was fine and kung pau chicken. NOT Pork. 1st bite I knew right away it was pork and asked waitress to come over. She argued with me about it and was basically spittng in my face. I told her I was going to take a picture of it to report them and she snatchd the plate out of my hand. I was so upset I asked her to get out of my face and bring my check. I ended up leaving $40 and the check and walking out still hungry and very upset! !!!!!

HEALTH HAZARD!. We decided to try Dim Sum here. We were half way through our meal when I bit down on a curly hair. I almost threw up. When I brought this to the managers attention, we got into an argument about me still paying for that dish!!! 99.99999999% of every restaurant would comp a dish that had hair in it.....not here! I'll NEVER go back!!

Best in the west, I been eaten there 56 years. great place.. Great place to be at, Hung far low food been in me for many many yrs. 56yrs. I like the food, But I ask some of the people work there names, and they want tell me...LOL.

Still gorta Love Hung Far Low's. I have been a patron of Hung Far Low for the last 30 years starting when it was located in down town Portland. I have never had a problem with the service I have eaten at their new location on 82nd in the past year and found the waitresses very friendly and acccomodating always ready with a smile. Now while the service is not as close nit as it was when I was a child I have never been able to find a chinese restaurant with better service or authentic chinese food. While the ambience in the new location leaves a lot to be desired my family (children and all) wouldn't eat anywhere else for chinese food!

Bad service, and spoiled food to boot!. First of all, dont ask me what possessed me to eat at a place with such a run down facade in the first place, but I did. The interior isnt in much better shape than the exterior either. The waitress/hostess that served us was completely unfriendly and seemed completely angry the whole time we were there. My two friends who were with me thought their food was alright, but I really thought my dish tasted strange. We also ordered egg rolls and spring rolls, both of which were burnt and so oily they were not edible. I ate about four bites of my dish because I was really hungry before getting grossed out and pushing it aside, and low and behold I now have been really sick for THREE DAYS!!! If you value your health at all stay far away from this place.
