Portland's Best Kept Secret.
I've had a friend that has been telling me about Tim and the rest of the Luxe Autohaus family for years. The picture he painted sounded too good to be true: zero sales pressure, the highest quality
vehicles, and prices that compete with anyone else. I've been to dealers before that are supposed to feel like this until you leave the sales office feeling awful; I swore I would never go to one again. My friend stayed persistent with his recommendation until he finally offered to take me to lunch and stop by the dealership.
The folks at Luxe Autohaus lived up to all the gushing (and then some). The closest thing to a sales pitch was asking us which cars we wanted keys for. They sent each of us out of the expansive indoor showroom in the nicest cars we had ever driven.
The buying process for the dream car I never thought I could afford was as easy as could be. I spent considerably more time talking to Tim about tech stuff and Halloween plans than it took to do the paperwork. Jacob (the member of the team that takes all the beautiful pictures) even offered me a slice of the gourmet pizza they just purchased for dinner. It felt like going over to a friend's house to say "hi" but then driving home in a new vehicle.
The friendly treatment didn't stop after I drove off the lot either. I'm sure they know I wouldn't buy a car somewhere else.…
cool!. they fed us some hot dogs right off the BBQ last weekend. okay, that's not why Luxe Auto House is cool, but it was the perfect treat on a warm spring day. my girlfriend LOVED the cars and that was awesome. the best thing i can say is to check it out for yourself.…
Making other used car dealers look silly.
I am like most folks when it comes to used car dealers... I am sure that 99.9% of them are slimy and at the lower end of the food chain.
I had some free time on the weekend and went in to check out this place because they have an amazing web site and the ads they post on craigslist are a million times better than the competition.
The sales staff seemed very young (like in their 20's), but down to earth. I heard one of the young guys talking to a couple about a BMW and was amazed at the level of knowledge he had and he used zero pressure tactics? How do they even sell cars?
The inventory is top quality, indoor showroom was clean and a nice departure from the rain outside. I'll be making my next purchase with them. Go in and see for yourself - you won't be disappointed.…
