Very friendly and highly trained. The office was a little hard to find..but after a quick call, the receptionist directed me right to their door. As I walked in everyone was VERY friendly and welcoming! The office manager directed me to her office and asked me a few questions about myself. Glad to know it wasn't just all about bussiness. After addressing my individual needs she explained the process of laser hair removal and how it works. She even gave me a tour of the office and showed the laser they would be using. After she had calmed all my fears, we began to discuss price. Although you may get a slight case of sticker shock, she explained my options as far as payments and financing. And come on...it's an investment in yourself!!! So after deciding what would work best with my budget, I signed some paperwork and they had an opening to do my treatment right then. I wasn't quite prepared so I had to wash my face and shave the area I wanted treated. The technician helped with shaving (I'm a woman I shouldn't know how to shave my face). She then asked if I had any questions. She could tell I was a little nervous. She told me she lasers her whole body and that it is very tolerable. She even handed me a stress ball so I wouldn't be so nervous. I put on some glasses and away we went. After a few "ZAPS" and 5 minutes later, I was all done. And she was right...very tolerable! She put some lotion on my face and we made an appointment for my next treatment. I admit going in to the appointment I had some reservations. But after the service I received I will happily return and send everyone I know to see them. Thank you for helping my self-esteem as well. No woman should have to live with facial hair!

Stuck up staff and not very hygienic. The staff are not very friendly for the most. There were a few that I thought were honestly nice. The result are pretty good don't get me wrong... I just didn't care for the way I was treated by the staff. After you pay your thousand plus dollars make sure you don't miss and appointment because they will charge you more money.

Refuses to provide prices over the phone.. Called to ask about pricing and the receptionist launched into an unsolicited sales pitch without answering my question. I repeated my question. Eventually, I was told that I had to come in for a consultation to obtain that information. Forget it! What kind of customer service is that! I don't appreciate having my time wasted.

Great Place. I have had treatments in both their Vancouver location and their Beaverton offices. They are both great. Service is wonderful and staff is very friendly and knowledgable. Would recommend to everyone! Results are truly incredible. Best Laser around and I have done my research!
