My Favorite Steakhouse and Bar in Portland/Vancouver. I've always loved this restaurant. Great food; excellent service.

Let me just say that Gray's at the Park serves some of best steaks I've ever had. There is nothing like biting into their Painted Hills Tenderloin Filet, did I mention the wine list?

The bartender, Johnathan Grunde, at Gray's has worked in the industry for years; and has just been certified as Sommelier. His wine knowledge is excellent... and the margarita's are to kill for.

Be careful, the sides are huge... Make sure not to over order. Save room for dessert. :-)

They also have a great espresso machine. This place is awesome!

Always a gamble. I have had good and bad experiences at Grays. Sometimes the food is good, but other times it only looks good. It's the same with the service. Just depends who your server is. I think the atmosphere is the only thing you can count on there.

Great restaurant in Vancouver!. The experience at Gray's at the park was wonderful! Interior, service and food, all three are perfect. Especially, we really loved "Cast Iron Washington Black Mussels". The flavor of mussels are so good that I wanted to eat this dish forever...

Less than average for Holiday dining. We have been to Gray's several times and have always been satisfied with the food and service. Our family tradition is to dine out on Christmas at a finer restaurant. Based on our prior dining experiences at Gray's, we thought it would be a great choice for this year. We made our reservation several weeks in advance and received a copy of the special menu which sounded great. We were sadly very disappointed. There was not a holiday atmosphere and very few fellow diners. This was our first warning sign. We requested a booth, but were told they were all reserved. While we were there, only 1 other couple was seated at another table. Second warning sign. Shortly before we left 2 groups arrived, without reservations and were seated at the booths. The server was confused with our wine request from the wine list. The food was non-descript. Two of us had the prime rib and two had the sole. Not at all what we had experienced in the past. Almost immediately upon being seated, our order was requested including our dessert choice. It all felt very rushed. Next year, back to the Chop House or Hudson's where they understand and offer fine Holiday dining experiences.

We enjoyed it!. We took our teenage boys to Grays at the Park for a special dinner before going to the Nutcracker Ballet. The boys all had steak, and I had the salmon. We also ordered sides of asparagus and onion rings. Everything was very good! I wouldn't say it's the best I've ever had - but we enjoyed ourselves. We didn't have dessert - but the selections looked good. It's nice to have a place on this side of the river as nice as this one! Our server was great!

Imaginative plating, fine ambiance. While staying at the Hilton we had dinner here. Reservations were done on-line and confirmed mid-afternoon of the morning of my request.

The setting of the resturaunt is pretty elegant, made for a romantic setting.

The food and wine choices were plentiful. A new menu had been installed the prior day. The bread was served with oil and balsamic, surrounding a small mound of chopped olive, garlic and cheese- tasty. I had the swordfish over rissoto with a first course of wilted spinich salad. The salad was quite large, and dressed perfectly. The fish was served on top of rissoto that had a lot of diced vegtables, mostly asperagus. A balsamic reduction surounded the food and made a pretty presentation. My companion started with the standard green salad; it was large and the dressing was in it's own little boat. Her asperagas raviolis were deliscious, in a buttery, creamy sauce.

Our waiter was friendly and helpful with a wine choice, the bus person kept the bread and water and used plates tended. The manager stopped by and was very personable. The service seemed to strike a pleasant note, being friendly and professional.

Good food and nice atmosphere. My girlfriend and I felt like going out last night but didn't want to drive into portland due to the rain. I had been in Gray's once before with some friends for drinks. This time we decided to try the food. Very good, it is nice to have good choices on the north side of the river. We will add grays to our frequent list along with Roots.

the fresh fruit with honey was a nice switch from plain fruit. To people watch it is a great location, but it isn't very big and it's best to avoid it during busy weekends at the Park. We ate there when the couple behind us had kids that wouldn't mind and a guy on his cell phone was talking pretty loud on the other side, so the atmosphere that day wasn't the best, but I imagine without these two annoying guest, it would have been very delightful. The prices are ok. Probably will go back later in the evening for a drink and check it out.

Great Omelet, Sucky Server. Recently my inlaws came to town, and my husband and I met them for breakfast. My inlaws are rather afluent and so, Shari's was not an option. We decided on, Gray's @ the Park. The restaurant is beautiful and I would say an excellent choice within Vancouver for a upscale breakfast meeting or get together. The prices (on the breakfast menu at least) were reasonable. Parking was not an issue even though it was on a weekend.

I ordered an omelet and it was fantastic. Not greasy, decent proportion, great potatoes. Everyone elses meals looked great in presentation, and they seemed to enjoy them as well.

However, our service sucked. The waiter was pretty much nonexistent as far as being available to provide service. He seem to have a take it or leave it attitude. When he was there, he screwed up both my mother in laws order (she ordered berries and cream...and brought out first berries and yogurt) and forgot my father in laws side order of ham. He came by to fill our water glasses maybe once, and never checked the coffee carafes on the table to see if they were empty or to see if we needed more sweetner or cream for our coffee. Now, it could be we just got our waiter on a bad day.

All in all we had a very nice time and I would recommend Gray's at the Park...just maybe not our server. :-)

Exquisitely prepared and scrumptiously tempting gourmet eats are served up in an inconspicuous corner of the Vancouver Hilton.. In Short
Sleekly designed, the interior glistens with hip ambiance. Reflective surfaces and comfy seating provide a flawless setting for the delectable dishes that await. Signature dishes include blackened New York strip steak with blue cheese potato gratin or porcini mushroom ravioli with gorgonzola cream sauce. A popular tasting menu broadens the palate of patrons seeking a gourmet experience. Grand desserts and an impressive wine list round out the menu.
