Pretty much the best place I've ever been. I've grown up eating mainly vietnamese food and this place does it the best. I love it. I'm sorry to say that it's better than my parent's cooking. Best thing to do is just order multiple items and just share. Sorry mom and dad. :[

One of the best places for Vietnamese food.. Friendly and prompt. Family-owned, with authentic, delicious Vietnamese dishes. There are at least two fluent English speakers. Very reasonable prices.

Best Banh Cuon in Portland. I have been coming here since it was first opened. This restaurant serves food that are not commonly served in most Vietnamese Restaurants. So, if you want to try another side of Vietnamese food without traveling - this is it. You will come back and hook on their dishes, I guarantee you.

delicious, authentic Vietnamese food. We've eaten Vietnamese all over the country, including lots in SF and LA, and this place is definitely a good one, the best in Portland. The family that owns the restaurant is from Orange county, and they really know how to excellently and authentically prepare many dishes, including a very tasty version of one of the 7 courses of beef (not on the menu, just ask for it). Also great are their banh cuon dishes, the stuffed crepe (banh xeo), the desserts (che), and the soups are pretty good too. One of our favorite cheap eats in Portland.
