The Best Patient Care and Professionalism EVER. This is my second time coming into Gentech Dentist in Salmon Creek. I am 30 years old, and have had nothing but nasty experiences with dentists since childhood. I am a local nurse, so I am quite picky when it comes to any medical facility. I have been seeing Dr. Scott McClure, and he is not only efficient, but very precise and kind. His bed side manner, and professional demeanor are fantastic. This office goes over and above for their patients, and the dental assistant Becca is so adorable. I will be scheduling my family here in January. They are so accommodating and friendly. Finally, an office that truly cares about their patients. Come get some....Dr. McClure and Becca are my little angels in disguise. This was my worst fear. I dont even get the nitrous anymore. Neither neat nor friendly. Gentech could have much better customer service. They never ask me if i have any special request which would be appreciated. I can only complain about gentech, not going back.
Poor dental experience. I just had some bonding done on my front teeth. The experience wasn't very pleasant, they didn't numb me enough. I don't have much to smile about now.
No Ouch!.
I admit that up until 07/08/11, there were four things that scared me in life.
1. Spiders
2. Clowns
3. Heights
4. Dentist
At the age of 56, I can finally say that there are now only three things in life that scare me. I am comfortable saying that unless Dr. McClure spends his weekends working as a clown, I can remove dentist from my list.
I chipped a tooth while working on way up north in Alaska, I mean way up north. With only a week off in Vancouver, I had to do a cold call to a dentist to help me out. I being a chicken waited until Thursday to make the call and when I did, I called Gentech Dentist in Salmon Creek. I was scheduled for the following day and upon my arrival I was immediately put at ease by the friendly staff. The good experience continued as I made my way into the dentist chair. Dr, McClure has a great chair side manner with a great sense of humor. The most important thing here is I felt no pain. This was a very positive experience for me and without a doubt, Gentech Dental will now be my choice for my family…
