UNBELIEVABLE

While looking for help with the WORST situation of my entire life, I was treated with some of the most shameful disrespect imaginable by Mr. Kelly. He made condescending remarks, inappropriate sarcastic jokes, and focused on payment more than focusing on how he could help me. INCREDIBLY unsympathetic. Crass. Made jokes about how he "cheated on his first wife, too". WOW! I wouldn't recommend him to my worst enemy.

Very Effective and Very Affordable

Mr. Kelly represented me when I divorced my husband of over 30 years. My husband and I owned a long-standing family business, 3 homes, numerous retirements and total assets worth approximately $1.5 million. Kevin provided effective, thoughtful and affordable legal help. He was able to get a settlement for me without going to trial. I was awarded two of our homes, and nearly $200,000 in cash. I was ready to settle for less money, but Kevin was able to increase the cash settlement from my husband, who had hired the toughest divorce lawyer in Washington County, by almost another $50,000 for me. And he did all of this without having to go to trial and without compromising, in any way, my dignity or ethics. Amazing. If you need a family law lawyer, you should hire him!!

Bad customer service

Hired for divorce, not recommend. Difficult communicator and hard to work with, poor listening skills and overcharges for services rendered.
