One of the Best. As a certified lymphedema therapist and a massage therapist for the past 11 years I have referred to Jessica at Fusion Mass. and Bodyworks countless times, always with positive results. Whether it was a patient looking for relief from a MVA, cancer, injury management, or just in need of relaxation my referrals have always been extremely pleased with the bodywork they have received from Fusion. I have nothing but respect and whole hearted support for this well respected pillar of our health community.…
Compassion and Healing.
I have been seeing Jessica and Rachel since a MVA in May. I have always been blown away by their professionalism, sensitivity and sheer talent. I am completely sure that if you visit them you will
not be disappointed, for as talented as they are they are also extremely intelligent and intuitive when it comes to the body.
If you are needing any kind of massage treatment I would not recommend anywhere else than Fusion Massage and Bodyworks PDX.…
little shop- big massage.
My husband and I have been to plenty of massage places in Portland and Vancouver and have found Fusion to be the place for us.
The experience level and talent as well as personalities at Fusion are exactly what we've been looking for. They get to know each client personally and the therapists know and recognize what it is that we each need regarding our aches, pains and overall massage experience. They keep good records, remember pain points at the next visit, follow up with emails and make the experience healing and relaxing as it should be. They take it to the next level in regards to caring for their clients and the never make it seem like you are just one of the masses that come through the door. We feel that they have formed a great relationship with us, that we'd been lacking other places and we'll never go anywhere else again!
My husband and I have seen both Jessica and Rachel and think they are both incredible. We definitely recommend going for the 90minute massage- totally worth it!…
Callous lack of integrity. My fiance went in here to buy me a one hour massage (not realizing that I barter with a friend to get them for "free") for my chronic condition. The two of us have a personal policy with each other regarding not buying gifts that are not refundable. 12 days ago I emailed the business to let them know I wouldn't be able to go in for the one hour session (because we are moving out of town, in two days!), and requested the refund that my fiance was promised would be available at the point of sale. I was rebuffed and ignored and these two ladies are trying to keep my $70. I am in complete disbelief that a small business in Portland would act this way, lying about their refund policy to get a free buck. I am disgusted. I would not recommend patronizing this "business".…
truly healing work. rachel does the best bodywork i have ever had. i've done a lot of massage as a chronic pain patient, and it's always wound up making me more sore, couldn't be over soon enough and i only felt like it helped in an incremental way. rachel's fusion massage changed all that: it was not a boring procedure; it was a miracle. with the combination of the stones, her gentle thai massage stretching of sore muscles, the deep tissue work, the special attention to my jaw, i felt 5x better than when i came in. i fell asleep completely relaxed when i had been having a pain flare. i came back tonight, a week later. feeling lousy but not crashed. she really worked her magic. the way she uses hot stones, it feels like there are five or six sets of hands massaging you at once. i would call what she does bodywork in the sense that it isn't just passive: she uses her hands, the scents and the stones to help you stretch (the thai yoga part) and the music and oils create such a rich sensory experience that it's like intoxication. as a pain patient being worked on by her, i remember what it's like to be without pain. the feeling stays with me a long time afterward. her treatment has been so helpful that i plan to go every week.…
