Unfortunately, I cannot recommend American Laser Centers or at least not this location. I went in for a consultation after "winning" $300 off a package of treatments. I was originally going to do laser hair removal, but when I found how much it was, I decided to wait until I was better off financially. I wanted to use the money off because I thought it was cool that I had won and had no idea that everybody wins. I could have let the 300 go and entered the contest later and won and just had the laser hair done. The manager talked me into having a skin peel done, so I went a head and opened care credit and put the package of six peels on the account. The only reason I decided to do it was because of the promises that were made to me before I signed the "no refund papers". Well, ever since I had the skin peel done, I have had consistent problems with my skin. I have now spent a few hundred dollars at a dermatologist and it really hasn't helped. I hate the way my skin looks now and I can't believe how good my skin was prior to the peel compared to how bad it is now. The manager is really great when you first come in for your consult, but after that it was kind of like the good customer service disappeared. They have been less than helpful and I am so unhappy. I have gone in twice to see the manager and have called many times. They have actually become defensive towards me since I have complained and I don't understand why. I feel I have been reasonable and it is their job to help me. I also don't think they are quite as knowledgeable as what they should be about skin care ect. My experience has been similar to those I have read on the internet so I would just be careful before you give them any money and sign papers. Good luck to everbody else.

Great Work & Positive Results

Tina and the team at American Laser were great. I just finished my laser hair removal over a period of 11 treatments and slightly greater than one year. The results are fantastic and I always enjoyed seeing the team and preparing for my sessions. Tina maintains a great operation and despite the process being painful, I did enjoy it. I understand guys complain more though. Maybe it was the dark hair...either way, I recommend the topical numbing ointment and a few shots of tequila before each session. It really works.

The crew at American Laser was always professional. I would definitely recommend this service.

Wouldn't Go Anywhere Else!

I just love the girls at ALC, particularly Tina and Michelle, who both go above and beyond to give excellent, skilled service. From the day I met Tina, I immediately trusted her. She only sold me what I asked for and I never felt pressured or like she was trying to upsell me. Because of that, I will probably do more business here than I intended. She is extremely knowledgeable, personable and ethical... couldn't ask for more! I have now been for 2 laser skin treatments with Michelle to remove spider veins and redness, and she is just fantastic! She is very professional and really knows her stuff. I feel like I am in very capable hands with her, and trust her completely. She takes her work seriously, which is a necessity when someone is working on your skin, but particularly on your face! Plus, she gets me in and out, without a wait. I highly recommend laser treatment... I didn't really know the benefits of laser until recently and I am so excited to find that my years of sun damage can be so easily repaired. And all things considered, it's not really that expensive. I 1000% recommend ALC, Tina and Michelle! And how is it that I'm the first to comment on Michelle - that truly amazes me! Keep up the great work ladies! -Crisi
