This is a great pilates studio! The space itself is very beautiful with state-of-the-art equipment, but it is the owner, Elizabeth Roisland, that sets this place apart. She is very positive and and has a fabulous sense of humour. She is very knowledgeable, and established a pilates workout tailored to my individual needs. You will have such a good time at NW Pilates you will forget that you are working out!

I looked far and wide for a Pilates studio where I would feel comfortable and confident in the instructors, NW Pilates delivers! It is a lovely bright, clean studio with knowledgeable and motivational instructors. After years of suffering through every kind of workout, NW Pilates makes my workout enjoyable and rewarding. The hour flies by! Try it. They have great rates and you will feel like a million bucks after a few sessions. The studio decor, the music, the brand new equipment, the cleanliness, all are just icing on getting a great body!
Pros: bright, clean, new high-end equipment
Cons: limited times on weekends.
