Great ropes. I found the cutest jacket here! Bubble is a must see. They rotate their inventory all the time offering such selection! I work close by so this is on the top of my frequent visits. PS They're having a great sale right now.....

Fashionistas get all dressed up at a Parisian-inspired shop.. Fashion-forward loft owners and tourists in town for a tax-free shopping spree climb the steps to this girlish, high-ceilinged boutique in the posh Pearl. The gallery-like layout puts designer pieces from England, France and Italy in easy reach of eager customers. Within minutes of entering, they’ve amassed a pile of soft sweaters, flirty cocktail dresses and lust-worthy blouses to slip on to admire in the elegant dressing rooms at the rear.

A rare gem, and well worth the trip.
I travel to Portland a few times each year and this is always one of the first stops I make. Some of the best clothing in Bubble Boutique I haven't been able to find anywhere else in the U.S. And it doesn't hurt that the owner is always very sweet, helpful and full of great ideas.

Pretty feminine clothes.. I liked the blousy and chiffon-y dresses and tops I saw at this place. Very fancy/pricey, yes, but the owner was nice and sweet, too. Nice selection of jewelry. It's a bit hidden (up the steps/near Byways Cafe on NW Glisan) but worth the hunt.

great clothing lines!!. I spotted this Pearl boutique while shopping in the district,and loved it! I spotted great lines. I also love the fact that you can bring your dog in!!!

Best Designer Denim. I was poking around in the Pearl and wandered into this cute boutique. I was pleasantly surprised by this quaint shop. Bubble had some spectacular clothing lines but even more impressive is their selection of designer denim. The best I've seen in Portland. The jeans are uber-comfortable & flattering too. - Yummy. I need another pair.
