My daughter started working with a trainer after foot surgery. She plays several sports and I have never seen her stronger. She is able to move and play better than I have ever seen someone come back from surgery. She is about 50% higher than she was before she had surgery. Her trainer is wonderful and pushes her to succeed and strive at higher levels than I would of thought she could do. This has made her a all around better athlete and person. The trainers design a workout specifically for your needs. I also took the winter boot camp and had one of the best four weeks of my life. To move and feel like a kid again was undescribeable. I would recommend sending your kid here and taking advantage of the trainers. The adapt workers are wonder people who care about your needs.

Pros: Great, I will come here as long as it is open

Cons: none

ADAPT ROCKS! I have never felt stronger or more in shape. As a mom of 2 young kids I was in serious frump mode. I did a Boot camp last month and I was whipped into shape. I was completely surprised at how fast my body changed. The various drill type excercises that we did were challenging yet fun. TIme seemed to fly by compared to other classes I have taken. I recently became a member because I enjoy the regular classes that they offer at the gym so much. It's like a mini boot camp every time. The trainers are knowledgeable and genuine in caring about getting you in to shape but making sure your body is taken care of. ( I was suprised every morning when I was barely sore from a really challenging work out the night before.) I have never felt stronger or more energized.

Pros: Great trainers who help you get strong and lean fast

Cons: Can't think of any
