This place is awesome. Just the feeling and environment show that the people that put this place together care about everything they do. The instructors were wonderful and the classes are some of the best around. If you are visiting Portland or here to stay make sure you make Woodstock Wellness a place to stop and come back often.

Wonderful place to practice yoga. Everybody there, the teachers and fellow peoples all were very respectable, there was always a nice calm vibe, very undisruptive.. and there was always enough time for me to get lost in my head and relax while rewarding my mind body and soul with Ashtanga yoga.

Best massages!!. I've had two massages at the Woodstock center. Both of them were amazing. I felt like I was in another world during the massage and was a little loopy afterwards as well. Haven't been that relaxed and at peace for a long time. My husband also got a massage from the same woman (can't remember who it was!) and fell asleep on the table. He said he felt like he was meditating without even trying. Wonderful!

Best Vinyasa style yoga class.
I've been attending a Vinyasa Flow yoga class on Wednesday nights and it has just been an amazing jouney for my body and soul. Beth uses the yoga Asana's(postures) and meditation to make an exhilarating, yet calming class. I always walk out of her class relaxed and ready for the rest of my week.
Beth is very open to helping new students understand the basics of yoga and she also helps push a 5 year yoga veteren(me) to learn new postures and improve the form of poses I thought I knew.
I highly recommend this class to anyone!

Elevate your mind, awaken your soul, transform your life.. Prices are better than anywhere I've seen. This is an amazing group of healers offering a variety of classes and services. Kundalini yoga changed my life.
