Terrible service and really unknowledgeable staff We went lookng for a LCD tv and having done our research online, we have pretty much decided what we wanted. So all it was a matter of the salesperson to ask us how we were going to pay for it. We walk in and no one was around except for snotty college kids they have appointed as "staff" and some short guy who moves around in a three piece suit looking really important but with nothing to do. We approahced him to find Chris the salesperson we thought would help us but no go. He wanders around and dosent return and when we reapprorach him, he looks as thought he as seen us for the first time What are these guys sniffing? Result, we bought our $3000+ tv at Best Buy :)

This store is great. They merchandise the latest and greatest Sony products. The salesmen are knowledgable and gice great demonstartions. Buy your electronics there and you will be happy.
