Once a roofing company, this corner lot has been transformed into a hip hangout with retractable garage-door walls that open to an expansive back garden. The decor also includes mid-century chairs and a table made from a refurbished shuffleboard. Young rock-and-rollers, 30-something gay clientele and other groups mingle easily. Drinks include house-infused cocktails and blue collar beers like Olympia tall boys. The menu focuses on wallet-friendly snacks like quesadillas and sloppy joes.

They have a great patio out back, shuffleboard and tasty sangria. They have no sign which helps keep it local,uncrowded and great place to meet friends.

This is a fun bar in North Portland to go to on a summer night. They have good specials, too, like Tallboy Tuesdays. Their patio is the best! Definitely check it out if you want a cheap drink in a nice space.

This is a great spot in NE. They open the garage doors in the summer and have a huge shuffleboard table. The outdoor area is open and can fit a nice sized group. They have a decent happy hour and serve cheap Rainier on Sundays
