great place to hang out. My wife and I have been going here for about a year and love it. The bar makes great/strong drinks and they are priced fairly. We love going there on a Friday or Saturday night, doing a little gambling on the machines in the back room, ordering some appetizers, etc. We have a great time!! The staff has always been very nice as well!

Are you kidding me?!?!. So I never sit down and write reviews, but here is my first. Bumper's is a great little place that you'd never even think of.........I've driven by the strip mall many times and have not given it a second thought until I had a friend refer it to me. My wife and I headed over and boy, what a surprise! The atmosphere from the moment you walk in you almost feel transformed...I completely forgot I was eatting in a strip mall(upper scale strip mall, but one all the same) The decor was nice, on the higher end of decor for the venue. We were greeted by a friendly face and promptly seated near the fish tanks(HUGE!) The wait staff was very prompt and attentive and was happy to point our their specials for the morning/afternoon. The bloody mary was terrific, as you know these can be good or a miss, and even the coffee was extremely well done. We went ahead and ordered a simple breakfasts and without notice were delivered a fresh fruit bowl and a warm scone! The food arrived in the time you'd expect these breakfast items to take and were fabulously prepared! Now eggs, pancakes and eggs benedict are done alot of places, but alot of places they are done BAD! It's nice to have items neat, clean, prepared properly, etc Our wait person continualy came back to make sure we were happy, but not to that "annoying" point. I will recommend this little place to everyone I know.

Great Place. Bumpers is a great place to go out for a nice dinner in the gresham/ fairview area. Awesome fish tank to look at while waiting for your food. The staff is friendly and the food has been very good. This is a great place for a comfortable date night or just a good dinner.

Best everything but especially the chicken, meatloaf and specials. We have eaten there frequently and can't rave about the food, service and atmosphere enough. We have tried almost everything, if not everything, on the menu and NEVER been disappointed. It is funny to admit that we often go in just for the meatloaf, but it is true. It is that good. But the chicken dishes are out of this world, not to mention the specials.

The Hurfords have done an outstanding job with this restaurant and anyone who doesn't give a try is really missing out.

BEST HALIBUT Around. Great atmosphere and food to match. Love their Saltwater fish tanks.

This is a great place for singles or families. If you want great food, great service and a wonderful place to relax, then you need to make the trip to Bumpers.

I will return again and again...

A REALLY bad experience. Went in around May 1st , late afternoon/ early evening, for my brother's birthday. Everything seemed fine until the food came. The waitress said that she forgot my order. I thought she meant that she left it in the kitchen. She never turned it in. My brother then sent his back because it was cold. We both sat there for quite a while with no food as my nephew ate. He found a hair in his. The explanation we got from the waitress was that the helth (had to purposely miss-spell) department was in doing a routine inspection so everyone was a bit preoccupied. Never got an apology or an offer to make anything right. Needless to say we left her a pretty meager tip. Will never go back to this "wannbe" high-end carp hole.
