BAD HAIRCUT!. I EXPLAIN THAT I WANTED TO KEEP MY HAIR LONG AND WANTED THE ENDS CLEANED UP. THE LADY NAME NA, SAID SHE UNDERSTOOD. MY HAIR IS NATURALY WAVY AND USUALLY THEY FLAT IRON IT AFTER OR BEFORE TO MAKE SURE ITS EVEN. I ASK IF SHE COULD, SHE SAID SHE COULDNT CAUSE SHE HAS AN APPOINTMENT COMING. I ASK IF SHE CAN AT LEASE BLOW DRY ME AND SHE GAVE ME A LOOK LIKE I WAS BEING ANNOYING. SO I PAID AND LEFT. I WENT HOME AND DRY IT AND FLAT IRON MY HAIR AND THE SIDES WERE NOT EVEN AND THE LAYERS WERE VERY CHOPPY AND MY BANGS WERE UNEVEN. I SHOULD OF KNOWN MY HAIRCUT TOOK WAS ONLY ABOUT 9 MINS. I WAS UPSET AND WENT BACK AND ASK IF SHE CAN EVEN IT UP. SHE GAVE ME AN ANNOYED LOOK. AND SAID TO HER CLIENT LIKE I COULDNT HEAR HER. "IM SURE SHE WENT HOME AND CHOP ON IT HERSELF AND EXPECT ME TO FIX IT FOR FREE." I WAS SO UPSET I JUST LEFT! I WEN T TO A DIFFERENT SALON DOWN THE STREET CALLED POSHE AND THEY FIX IT FOR FREE! AND IT LOOK GREAT. THATS WERE IM GOING FOR NOW ON. SERIOUSLY THAT WAS THE WORST EXPERINCE EVER!

Not good!. I'm a natural blonde level 10 and was thinking about going darker, maybe couple shades that was the idea anyway. I ask the girl I believe her name was Na. If I went alittle darker would it be hard to go back to my natural if I didnt like it. she said it would be a piece of cake. So she sounds convincing, so i pick a color which was a level 8. And was excited but I notice 10 mins later the color that was poss in my head look black. she said it was normal so i went along. And half an hour later when she risin it and she had a weird look on her face and i looked in the mirror and it was almost black! I was not happy! I ask what can she do to fix it. And she said that it was impossible to go back to my natural or even close since its so dark it would never lift. I was upset and ask if maybe adding some highlights would bright it up. maybe that would work and she said if she bleach me ill turn orange. by then i was way upset and left. Couple days later i went to a different salon Tony and Guy and they added some highlights and tone me and it was great. I was just upset that they did not offer any solution to help me. I will never go back there again

excellent service~!. got a great haircut, a wash and even a small massage! I'd suggest this place to anyone who needs a haircut and likes great customer service...
