I have had 503 Motoring install clear masks (two 3M and one X-Pel) on three vehicles over the last several years. They have always done an excellent job, and their warranty cannot be beat(en)! They are not cheap, but quality never is. They provide good value for the money and they are generally less expensive that the auto dealers. I have recommended them to several friends and family members, and I recommend them to anyone interested in protecting his/her car with a clear mask.

As far as their face-to-face customer service goes, their people are impeccably awesome to work with, enthusiastic and seemingly knowledgeable, but the actual service they provide is mediocre at BEST.

When I was initially referred to them, I took my car in and we seemed to have a working plan on what was to be done with my car, including window tinting and color scheming. After an unnecessarily long few weeks, I got my car back, only to have bubbles in the tint and the color scheme not even close to what we had originally discussed. When I brought it up they offered to fix the tint job, but I would have to pay in full to have the colors redone.

It took them an exceedingly long amount of time to finish simple jobs like window tinting and small ECU changes. It usually seems the ONE person who is able to do the job is out for one reason or another. Their prices are nothing to brag about, especially for their quality of workmanship. From the amount of time and effort it took just to get the meeting and plans set up to the time it was all actually said and done, the money spent and time waiting did not factor out.

Nowadays, when I call to make an arrangement or even to ask a simple question, I get my information taken down only to be put away and forgotten about. Multiple times I have called, only to be told that "so-and-so" is busy and they will give me a call later, which they never do. This has happened three (3) times now. I don't know why I even bother. It is not in any way convenient for me to drive to their location, and I tend to feel jipped whenever I return.

They know their stuff, as long as you are talking to the right person at the right time.

I'm not saying that they don't know what they are doing when it comes to cars, foreign or domestic, but they certainly do NOT know what they are doing when it comes to running a business.

My time and money could have been spent more efficiently by going some place else.

When I finally acquired the new Chevy Camaro, I knew that I had to protect my new investment as it was 'the' car I intended to keep for a very long time. So I searched around for a place that put the clear bra on cars to prevent rock chips and I came across 503 Motoring's website. After looking at a few photos and reviews, I took a shot and took my Camaro in.

Arriving and seeing the inside of the facility, the cars that were there being worked on, and the friendly and professional reception from Dave I knew I was in the right place.

Sure enough he did a fantastic job and used some great material to cover the entire hood which made the flat black racing stripes just shine! So, naturally I took my Camaro back and had the trunk lid and spoiler covered in the same material to make the stripes there shine too. Dave even took the extra step and put some of the 3M clear film on the rear bumper area below the trunk opening where most scrapes and scratches happen from placing things in and/or taking out of a trunk.

They have also tinted my windows and as of late, took out a few door dings and detailed it for the winter; and I must say what an outstanding job the team did!!!!

Anytime I need a detail job, accessories, tricks and any other bells or whistles done to my Camaro, I am definitely taking it back to Dave and Tim at 503 Motoring! I would highly recommend anyone who cares about their car and wants to keep it in top shape (pleasing to the eye and fun to drive), this is the place!!!

Great job at removing illegal window tinting placed by previous owner of my car! Pretty reasonable prices...and they did a lot of hand holding while I stressed out over how it would turn out and if it would pass muster. Their willingness to go the extra mile in providing documentation turned out to be enough to get my case dismissed in court. So, while I had to catch the brunt of having bought a car with some flaw by paying for the fix, I got lucky and didn't have to pay a fine. So thank you 503 - you are #1 in my book!

Perfectionists Look No Further!!. If you are an automotive perfectionists and looking for clear bra or window tint, I 100% recommend 503 Motoring.

Tim has installed clear bras and window tint on three of my vehicles and one on a relative's vehicle. The gang at 503 Motoring (Tim, Dave and Ian) are absolutely the best in the greater Portland area! Their attention to detail is truly outstanding and you will NOT be disappointed in anyway.

The 503 Motoring shop is very, very clean and organized. This fact is so important when you are looking to have such a detail-oriented service. There are always very high-end vehicles in the shop, but they welcome even the most simple of vehicles (like mine!).

Tim is truly great and Dave and Ian will take time to explain what they are doing and will show you their processes. These guys know their stuff and have perfection and customer satisfaction built into every job they do.

I have referred friends and coworkers to 503 and they, too, have NEVER been let down or wanting for more.

I can assure you that disappointment is not something you will have if you use 503 Motoring. Now how often can one really say that about a service-oriented business...

I recommend 503 Motoring without exception!!

Attention To Detail !!. I have used 503 Motoring for the last four years. From simply detailing my vehicles to custom work....these guys are the best at what they do. They research everything and stay up to date with the latest toys for your car or truck. I recently had my 2011 Denali customized. I went straight to 503 Motoring from the dealer the same day I picked up my new truck. Parts ordered included....Custom Billet Grill, Groundforce suspension, Hotchkis sway bars and K & N Filter. At Tim's reccomendation I also had him install 3M Clear Guard on the front end and door edges. Work was completed in two days with out me having to mess with subs to order parts. Tim takes care of everything! After picking up the truck I notice a rubbing issue do to lowering. Called the next day and they fit me in to their busy schedule and was taken care of ASAP.

Tim and his team are a pleasure to do business with.

What customer service should be EVERYWHERE. I happen to run across 503 Motoring on a google search for interior detailing. The reviews sounded good so I emailed them on a Saturday for some information. They got right back to me on Monday. They asked if I could bring the my truck by to inspect it so they could assess the condition and give me a straight expectation on what they could do. They quoted me a price (which was VERY reasonable) and set up a time for me to bring it in for cleaning. They got the truck done on time and the work was above my expectations. I could not pick up my truck the day it was done so they stored it in their garage for safe keeping. Yes, these guys do high end vehicles, however they treat every car/truck like it was an exotic car. Tim was amazing to work with! Thank you so much for the great work! I won't go anywhere else.
