Healing Yoga. I have tried many types of yoga, but after coming to the B& B center 5 years ago I have experienced steady improvement in my body' strength, energy, flexibility, and balance. The instructors are great for working one-on-one and have helped me relax more and learn to decrease my stress. They help bring me back

Peace for Body Mind and Spirit. I feel like I found my home for my personal health. The trainers have great energy and heart and soul. They take the time each person needs and they help to fine tune a program for the individual. I love the physical challenges, the energy healing and the happiness I feel after class. I have been interested in working with programs that include a balanced approach to health. This is by far the best I have ever encountered. Now my family members share some of the practice and we all are happier and more peaceful and it began with me finding the West Linn Body and Brain Yoga Dahn Center. More than Yoga.
My life has never been the same since I first walked into the Body and Brain yoga center. I always had an interest in the healing arts and
have trained in everything from Hatha Yoga, Taekwondo, Meditation, Qigong, Reiki, etc.. But until I came to BnB, I had never found one place that synthesized it all together in such a way. It's more than just yoga, and more than just healing. It's about connecting to your soul and discovering your true passion and confidence in your life. I can say that I was already a very happy and content soul, but never realized how much more satisfied I could feel with my life.
The dedication of the instructors is unbelievable and the depth and scope of the practice I feel will take me many years to comprehend.
The style is from an Asian tradition, rather than the Indian yoga, so if you're expecting only to stretch your body and breath deeply, you may find much more. The classes include everything from Meridian tapping to Intestine exercise, but I am always impressed the most with the warm atmosphere and kind attention from the instructors. I can see they really love and appriciate each person who comes in the door. :)
I can not express my gratitude enough for this practice and I wish health, happiness and peace to everyone .
