Tim McBratney is awesome!. Tim did a refinance on our home, and it was the easiest and fasted process ever. At first glance, he wasn't sure a refinance would be worth it for our situation since we had refinanced not too terribly long ago, but he quickly did some more research and within a couple hours found out that we could actually save over $20,000 by refinancing (after taking out closing costs!). His directions were so clear and he was totally on top of it. He is also very trustworthy which is critical with something as important as securing a mortgage loan or refinance. Pacific Residential Mortgage has helped me get a refi this year. I went to them because a mortgage broker I'd worked with 4 years ago was
with them now (Denise P.) and she was so great before that I wanted to work with her again. Each time she got me the best possible rate and each time I couldn't believe how fast and efficient the company was. The mortgage was done before I knew it. Most of the interaction was via email, and when there was a paperwork problem, the office called me quickly so I could resolve it. Sure, I know they're just in it for the money, but the way they treated me I actually felt like they cared.
The rate they got me this last time was so good that a competitor I had been talking to didn't believe m when I told him the rate I was getting.
They sell your mortgage immediately by the way, which worried me at first, but it turned out fine. It was sold again to a third company within the first month, but the law doesn't allow for any of the terms to be changed. So, now my loan is with a large, national bank, at a great rate, and things are good.
