One Word...Michelle!!! I had a bad hair color experience and Michelle took her time and fixed it. She went over everything with me. I totally trust her and love looking in the mirror now at my hair. This is the best salon! I have been getting my hair cut & colored by Michelle Mindolovich for a long time and I just love it! She does such a great job, so friendly and professional. I recommend Michelle 100%.

Michelle is the absolute best! I've been coming to her for about 7 years and I will never see anyone else in the Portland area! She always get my color and cuts perfect, and if you ever need her to change something she's always willing to. She works with you to find what will fit you best and has the best advice on what's going to make you look GREAT! I moved out of state a few years ago and now I'm back and came back to Michelle and she is STILL the only person I would trust with my hair! Shear Elegance is a super cute and hip salon that I would recommend to anyone and everyone.

Are you looking for someone who consistently give you exactly what you want even when you don't know what you want? Someone who can give you hair that looks like it took you a lot of time when, in reality , you just ran a hairbrush through it and went out the door? If yes, then you need to see Laure at Shear Elelgance. She has been doing my hair for years and trust me, I am not talented in the hair department nor do I like to spend time on my hair, but I continually get requests for her number. Even my teens won't go to anyone else! If you are looking for beautiful, natural looking color and a style that fits you perfectly, then ask for Laure :)

So... how many times do you get to say "I'm having a great hair day"? If you go to Michelle and have her work her magic, you can say it everyday! After YEARS of looking for someone that would get my color right AND cut it exactly the way I wanted, I discovered Michelle. She takes the time to talk to you about what you are looking for and proceeds to do exactly that. She will also make suggestions on what would look good on you, and if you listen to her, you cannot go wrong. She is absolutely, by far, the best stylist and colorist I have ever had do my hair. I will be a lifetime customer. Thank you, Michelle, for giving me "great hair days". You rock!!

Had a color problem with my hair and Michelle (owner of the salon) fixed the problem FOR FREE !! She was WONDERFUL and I highly highly recommend her your cut and color !! I will definitly be back to see her...

I'm so happy Michelle is in my life.
Not only am I so pleased with the hair colors and cuts, it's finding a new friend! Michelle is great to talk with and I always leave the salon in a good mood with great hair!

Michelle is the best!. After going to another local salon for 5 years my hair was looking pretty bad. I started going to Michelle about 6 months ago and have been very happy. She is so fun to talk to, and one of the nicest people I have ever met. Not only did she fix my hair, but her prices are very fair and I don't have to go as often. She does exactly what I want and always gives me great advice on what color or cut will work best. I feel lucky to have found her and would surely recommend her to anyone.

The best hairdresser around. Michelle is the best around! She always weaves to perfection and has the friendliest attitude around. She has a great personality and gives her honest opinion every time!

Michelle has been cutting and weaving my hair for about
a year. She does a fanastic job, she takes her time and is a very caring person. You can tell when a hairdresser
is good by looking a her hair and how nice it looks.
