If you love your face, please avoid this place!!! :-(

I bought her deal on LivingSocial and regret it 100%- such a rude woman with not service oriented attitude. When she asked how often I do facials and my answer was so often, her comment was: "Ohh, you are one of this people who is buying cheap deals on LivingSocial and use them all the time..." Can you imagine hear that from the person you recieving facial from??? Unbelievable! Plus, she is the one who put her business in this site! Room is so primitive and environment is not relaxing as well as her skin products are so poor. I do facials for myself better at home than she does claiming for years of experience. Whe she was doing massage on my face, I thought my face was taking off- every cosmetologist knows that you should be very gentle with skin there, but not Christina.......... When I asked her to avoid my hair (because I don't like my hair being oily), she was so unhappy and made some comments to me. What a service?

So, if you take good care of yourself, pay a little more and don't go there. I will never come even close to this place again.

When I first moved to Portland I spent about a year trying out different estheticians. When I finally met Christina, I looked no further and have been going to her exclusively since then. She's funny, professional and personable. I would recommend her to anyone who needs a wax or a facial!

I've been getting waxes by Cristina for over 5 years. I appreciate her flexibility, humor and quick work. She always has an entertaining story or 2 and has works with me on my crazy schedule.

Cristina is the best in town!. Cristina at Isabel Blackwell is the best for waxing and facials!

I got extremely lucky 9 years ago when I cold-called the salon she was working at for an appointment. Her results were awesome and she was so incredibly skilled and knowledgeable.

Through 9 YEARS of facials and waxes, Cristina has given me the best advice about skin care and used the latest industry techniques and products. Cristina is completely reliable and efficient, and has the best bedside manner, HANDS DOWN, of any hair stylist, aesthetician, doctor, lawyer or counselor I've ever met.

It takes a special combination of expertise, openness, humor, discretion and warmth of spirit to be as great as Cristina is at what she does. Make an appointment, you won't be disappointed!

I've been going to Cristina every 2-3 weeks for more than four years now and LOVE her. She is the waxing master! I have never gone away disappointed and never have even had any weird/painful ingrown hairs. I will never trust anyone with my waxing needs as much as Cristina, and as a bonus, she is funny and a good listener.

Worst experience I have ever had. The whole idea of getting a facial is to relax and feel beautiful. Cristina was rude, condescending and offensive to my culture. Im not from your country and my English isn't as good as yours but that's no reason to treat me like a second class citizen. I have never experienced such racism in my life. DO NOT GO HERE there are much better place to go.
