While the China Town / Old Town neighborhood takes a little getting used to, Pacific Tower is a very nice place to call home. Built in the last 5 years, the well designed and modern building offers great amenities like a beautiful roof top terrace, a completely enclosed patio off the 2nd floor, 2 laundry rooms, 2 work out areas, computer center, small library, a big screen TV in a living room setting, community room with kitchen, huge lobby, convenient access to mail boxes, and most of all VERY FRIENDLY STAFF!! My 1 bedroom unit is bright and spacious because of high ceilings and an open floor plan. Amazingly it’s very quiet in my unit and I am very close to the elevators and downtown! Storage is minimal, but open layout allows me to have more furniture. Kitchen is fully applianced and open to living area. The great thing about the location is that the Pearl is only 4 blocks away, Pioneer Place is only 6 blocks away and ALL 3 MAX lines stop just 2 blocks away!
Pros: Great Location, cheap rent, new building, secure access, nice staff, spacious & bright units
Cons: Transient neighborhood, several blocks to grocery store
