Beautiful color and cut, wonderful service. I recently had my hair cut, colored, and styled by Leza Sands. Leza understood exactly what I wanted for a color and cut and did an amazing job. I was treated wonderful and was totally pampered. It was a very enjoyable experience. I have been in the market for a new stylist and Leza has proved to me that she is experienced and extremely competent. A true specialist! I will be having Leza do my hair from now on.

Listened to my needs. I was recently diagnosed with lymphoma, for which I am now undergoing chemotherapy. I have freaky thick hair and knew it would all probably be falling out and didn't want all that to deal with. Of course my stylist of 15 years is out on maternity leave and couldn't give me my "chemo cut". I knew a few of my friends went to Leza at Kroma, so with much hesitation I called and made the appointment.

I haven't had short hair in 12 years and wasn't really looking forward to this cut for obvious reasons, but Leza really listened to my long list of criteria. I couldn't find a picture but had a lot of "it must's" and "it can'ts." I couldn't even really picture what the cut was going to look like. Well, she managed to give me a cut I LOVED! She thinned the crap out of it so it wouldn't be so traumatic when it started falling out, met all my demands, and didn't act like I was crazy. On the contrary, she had a lot of insight into what was going to happen and what I could expect. I really hadn't thought about the fact that an experienced stylist would know so much about what happens to your hair during chemo, but she really helped me through an emotional cut. She even offered to shave it for free when it started falling out.

My hair has mostly fallen out at this point, but I have to say, all of my friends are encouraging me to stick with that cut when it starts to grow back.

AMAZING service and sassy yet classic style. I was looking to get away from the "Stay at home" momma cut and was delighted to have found Kroma and the supported staff that helped me create that right look. Who says just because you stay home you have to look frumpy--and well that was what was starting to happen. I got a beautiful color that is classy and works with my lifestyle. Nothing so drastic that people would stop and say hmmmm...but rather a look that is simply classic and pretty. Then the cut...where to begin I have never had someone work with me so long to discuss what would work best and what wouldn't (often times no one really tells you what "won't work" and she did it so nicely and I feel beautiful) My husband even gives my new cut/color 5 stars! Thank you to those at Kroma for making me feel sassy, sexy and stylish. I would highly recommend this salon...and you don't have to drive downtown for amazing service and great talent!

You won't be sorry!. I was looking for a new place to get my hair done after having the same hairstylist for 20+ years. Of course, this was a huge change so I was rather nervous about the cut.

The staff was awesome. They asked what I was looking for and took their time to get the cut I wanted! Lots of compliments!

The place is clean - not like the others.

Give it a try - you won't be sorry!

Long Time Client Loves Kroma!. I'm a long time client of the Salon'sowner and I have nothing but great things to say. I really look forward to my appointments...great cut and color, upbeat decor and helpful and professional staff. I would surely recommend Kroma!

Exceeded my expectations. On a recent trip I made to Oregon, I accompanied my sister at the Kroma salon. Since there was a stylist available at that time I decided to treat myself to a cut and some highlights. Let me tell you it was the first time someone listened to my wants and needs when concerning my hair. The cut was perfect and the highlights came out beautiful. Many thanks to the staff for being so accommodating, professional, and friendly. I will be back on my next trip and I will recommend them to my friends and family living in the Portland area.

Do not let the opinion of another make your decision for you. Go on in and give them a try, I am sure that you will be delighted by the outcome. It is a beautiful salon with caring people delivering fantastic service. Don't trust me on this, go in and find out for yourself.
