Very disappointed...... i use to go to this store all of the time, but not any more.

I was insulted by a bad customer service situation a few nights back. I don't want to go into any detail about this incident. But, I found the man behind the counter very rude to me. He knows who I am.

But, the one thing that I am very upset about is the continous scratched dvd's that I was renting. Too many to count. I have had it. I am so tired of renting several dvds from them and when I arrive home a couple of these dvd's I can't even play on my machine. They either

skip or freeze up preventing me from watching the movies. I could not agree more with the previous customer who also wrote a review about this place.

To make a long story short, I found a wonderful video store recently, which takes pride in their up-keep of the

dvd's. In fact I haven't had one problem with them.

Video Verita may be just a couple of blocks away from my home, but it's worth going to my new place....knowing that the disc I am bringing hime will play correctly.
