GO SEE JULENE FOR SUGARING!!!. One of only two places in Portland I've found that does sugaring (the other one HURT, no no no) and Julene is who I will be returning to! Sugaring is clean, MUCH better for your skin than waxing, and much less painful than waxing. Julene is wonderful, I cannot recommend her highly enough!!!

Excellent!. I've been going to Symmetry to see Crystal for a few years now. I have curly hair that is kind of temperamental and have had some bad haircut experiences in the past.

Never with Crystal! She has a great sense of style and really knows how to shape hair beautifully. In the off-chance that you would want to come back for a touch up or to fix something, she is quick to accommodate and have you back. The salon has a good atmosphere too, laid-back and friendly, not too big and noisy. 10 stars :)

Fabulous Salon. This is an amazing salon, great atomsphere, top notch stylists. Michele has done an amazing job on my hair to the point that I get comments monthly about how much people love my hair style. She is the artist that created a look that goes perfectly with my personality. The best part after every visit to the salon is the location in the pearl.

Best Hair Experience I've had. I have been seeing Crystal at Symmetry Salon for over 5 years, and I have always gotten a tremendous amount of compliments on both my cut and color. She always completely understands what it is I want, and never has a problem executing it perfectly. She also has a grealy knowledge of great hair products to your specific hair type. I have changed my color very frequently, and she is always able to keep my hair healthy. She is always honest about what is realistic and healthy to do, and whats not. If I ever need to come into the salon on short notice for a touch up or a fix, she is very accomodating.

Symmetry Salon is a clean, trendy, affordable salon. There are only a handful of stations, so it is never too crowded and my experience is always personal and relaxing rather than busy, noisy, frustrating or impersonal like other salons. All of the stylists lease stations, so there is no high salon costs. Your getting what you pay for, rather than putting money into the owners pockets. Parking is easy, I have never had a problem.

I highly recommend Symmetry Salon! Any stylist you go to would be fabulous. I have worked in a high end Salon before as a receptionist, and have gotten my hair done by numerous people. I would never recommend going to a salon that is not on a lease basis. And my hair has never looked as good or remained as healthy when done by anyone else other than Crystal!

Safe haven. In the 5 years since I moved away from Southern California, I haven't really been able to find a place that offered an awesome cut in a casual but fashionable place for a pretty affordable price - until my friend referred me to Symmetry. Thank. God. Cheryl was right on time, completely professional and gave me a glorious little bob that everyone commented on. Next time, I'll definitely be braver about my cut since I know I can trust her.

Also, I think that one negative review came from some Bridezilla who should probably have known better than to get an unfamiliar hair process done so close to the day of her wedding. No doubt, she'll know better for her next wedding :)

Low Key Comfortable Atmosphere With Top Notch Stylists. As a former stylist at Symmetry Salon, I have to comment on what a talented group they are!

It's a very supportive , diverse, and well educated team...

Whatever your style, you will find a stylist suited for you.

I have moved on to another state, but continue to have the best of memories working at Symmetry.

Amazing hair stylists, awesome atmosphere. Symmetry Salon is by far the best salon I have ever been to. My stylist is rarely running late and she always does an excellent job; if you are looking for someone who can listen to what you want and give you honest advice about how it will look on you then this is the place to go. Customer service is top notch.

Love It!!. Who thought you could get the perfect cut and color every time. Cheryl is amazing; she is always on the up and up. She knows what?s hot and how to do it. I highly recommend Symmetry Salon, I?ve made both my mom and sister believers, we are completely satisfied with every visit. It?s also a great location and parking is always easy to find.

Best cut ever!. I brought in the front cover of a magazine almost a year ago, and asked for the cut on the cover. I got that cut and have been going back ever since! I have never received so many compliments on my hair , and have been asked by everyone where I get my hair done. I believe a great hair cut makes all the difference in who we are and how we feel. I highly recommend Symmetry salon, and Crystal my awesome hair dresser!

Most Amazing Stylist in PDX. I've been a client at Symmetry for several years now. I would never step foot in another salon, even if I move, I will fly back home every 4-5 weeks to see Crystal. I get stopped at Target, Starbucks, in the airport, if I am out of town... constantly asking where I get my hair done.

Crystal does amazing color and my cut is always the newest trend. I've sent my best friends, mother, grandmother and random girls I've met to Symmetry salon.

The whole staff at Symmetry is friendly, fun, professional and I love the location.

If you are looking for a amazing stylist, call Symmetry. I just can't gush enough about how you WON'T be disappointed.
