Great Salon - Paul is the best. Wonderful salon - accommodating and thoughtful . I've been going to Paul 5 years for cut and color. He's great.
No so great!. I made an appointment online, the next day I got a call from Ashley sayin I needed to rescheule . Ahsley told me the lady who had an appoinment before me scheduled online incorrectly therefore instead of rescheduling the lady who booked wrong Ashley made me reschedule. I did agree to come in at a different time as I still wanted to give the place a chance. I was the last appointment of the day and they acted I was inconveniencing them even though they rescheduled me. My haircut took a total of 15 minutes and was a trim even though I told Paul exactly what I asked for. I even showed a picture to Paul of how I wanted my bangs and walked out with completely uneven/chopped bangs. I will not be returning to this place nor will I recommend this place to anyone. Great Cut & Color!.
I recently had my hair cut and colored by Paul. He gave me a great cut and corrected my color so that it looks more natural. My husband
was pleased! Paul provided me with tips on how to style my hair at home and suggested a nice lip and cheek color.
Paul is very knowledgeable and progressive. I plan to be a loyal customer!

No more $10-20 cuts for me! Ever..
My bad! I previously mistakenly believed that a hair-cutter simply cuts hair, and that a $10-20 haircut is as good as a $50-60 haircut at a
prestigious address. I was WRONG!
I honestly regret that waited until I am in my 50's to get great haircuts. I have been to Paul twice, and I L-O-V-E my haircut, every day, for the first time in my life. I am starting to like looking at myself in the mirror. The haircuts have prompted me to begin to take care of myself in other ways too!
I see Paul as a master artisan stylist. I plan to get all my hairstyling needs from Paul at Blue Chair Salon. Discover the difference yourself!

REVIEWS FOR BLUE CHAIR SALON.
I have only had my hair cut 3 times in my life before I met Paul on 23rd St . All 3 times were a disaster.
I walked into Paul's Salon on 23rd St. with hair past my bum. I told Paul about my past experiences and also mentioned that my husband loved long hair, but, my kids kept telling me that I needed to do something with it. He suggested a few things and I agree'd. He cut my hair to the middle of my back and gave a lift with highlights. I went home my husband just smiled and my kids loved it. I have since went back several times and brought both son's, husband and daughter. They all are never disappointed with their hair when they leave Paul's Salon.
My hair is now chin length and my husband is still pleased with my hair. I always get comments from others and I always feel my time and money is well spent when Paul colors and styles my hair. I have never been disappointed with him.
I followed him to his own Salon "The Blue Chair" and tell anyone I can what kind of work he does. I know he takes pride in the work he does. It is like a picture that he is painting.
